Almost 34,000 minors under the age of 14 registered in the municipality of Cartagena will be able to leave their homes for an hour every day from Sunday morning, in accordance with the norm established by the Government of the Nation .
The Cartagena City Council, through the Local Police, will collaborate with the Government Delegation so that the conditions are fulfilled, which indicate that these departures must be accompanied by a major, with whom they live, between nine in the morning and nine at night and within a radius of no more than one kilometer from the place where they reside. They will be able to take out their toys, but not play with other children or use public parks.
For this, the Local Police has reinforced the number of service agents and will be coordinated in its work with the rest of the forces and bodies of the National Police and Civil Guard.
The City Council of Cartagena, through its social networks and web pages, began to broadcast yesterday the implementation of this measure for the partial and unconfined confinement of minors, one of the groups most sensitive to not being able to go out on the street, for almost a month and a half now.
Also through thePublic address vehicles of the Local Police and Civil Protection vehicles are going to be remembering the limits of these exits in which minors must always maintain a safe distance from other children and adults .
