Before the arrival of people from other municipalities and autonomous communities with second residences on the Cartagena coast, the Local Police of the Cartagena City Council has mounted controls on the access roads, to verify that the confinement regulations decreed in the state of alarm were met.

As reported by the Councilor for Citizen Security, Juan Pedro Torralba, who has been personally supervising the operation of the device for several hours, from yesterday Saturday to Sunday a total of 31 controls have been mounted, in which some 140 agents have participated .

The result has been the filing of some 52 complaints to people for moving without just cause.

In the different controls, 1,249 vehicles have been stopped, identifying 640 people, to verify that the alleged causes were correct.
